<3 LittleBigPlanet

I have nothing but love for Little Big Planet...this game has definitely been worth the wait!! So far, I've managed to make myself a few playful objects, including a washing machine and strange caterpillars, but nothing as impressive as the story levels and user-made levels making their way up on YouTube. The art direction is fantastic and gameplay is super fun in co-op mode. Thumbs up to Media Molecule!!

Now, to show my love to LBP and MM, here's an illustration of what my sackboy looks like at the moment...zombie pirate!

Happy Bunting

Yesterday, for my sister's birthday, Rob and I made this bunting to hang up. The triangles were simply made from magazine pages with the letters being cut from white paper.
An easy, effective and fun make!

I also made her a doughnut birthday card, only to find that my other younger sister had made her a doughnut card too!! Very strange indeed. Then for her present, I crocheted a small bunny keyring. I would have posted photos of these things too but the photos I took turned out to be very grainy, so I'll post when I get the chance to take the photos again.

Beautiful Bags

Today, these arrived in the post -  a few samples of the canvas bags I worked on! I created these illustrations for Moodboard, a creative and friendly stock photo company, for them to use on their promotional bags. Don't they look cute?

I've also just updated my portfolio >>>

Wallpaper and watermelon

The trees outside my window are just starting to turn a vibrant yellow colour which made me realise how much I love autumn. So, today, I created a butternut squash and apple pattern which you may use as your desktop wallpaper if you like! :)

and then there was a very un-autumn slice of 3D watermelon...
